I’ve done the work Uniti is hiring for.
At Virtual Internships, I owned product, design, and engineering on my own. At Barq, I worked directly with the business to get onboarding ready for launch.

Why I’m a fit for Uniti.
I’d start by listening to leasing teams and reviewing where inbound conversations stall. If tour booking is the bottleneck, I’d prototype an agent that checks availability, books a slot, and hands off exceptions with context.
I’d replay anonymized conversations to test tool calls, booking accuracy, and handoffs. In a pilot, I’d track qualified inquiries that become tours and how often staff need to step in.
I’ve worked directly with the business, made product decisions, and built what we shipped. I’ve also built agents for interns and employers. Uniti’s Staff/Principal Product Engineer role brings that work together.
