VIVEK → UNITI

I build AI agents for real conversations. I want to build them with Uniti.

I’ve built agents for interns and employers, led a fintech onboarding team, and owned a product end to end.

What I’d build with Uniti.

I’d start by listening to leasing teams and reviewing where inbound conversations stall. If tour booking is the bottleneck, I’d prototype an agent that checks availability, books a slot, and hands off exceptions with context.

I’d replay anonymized conversations to test tool calls, booking accuracy, and handoffs. In a pilot, I’d track qualified inquiries that become tours and how often staff need to step in.

At Virtual Internships, I built agents for interns and employers. At Barq, I led a five-person pod through regulated onboarding. I’d bring both experiences to Uniti’s sales and support workflows.
